You need form V62

  1. You can download the V62 form from the DVLA website or from the Post Office.
  2. Complete the V62 form.
  3. The fee of £25 should be made payable to the DVLA.
  4. You will need to send:
    • Old style Logbook (I will return this to you after making an authenticated copy)
    • Any old tax discs
    • Any certificate or information from CC it was registered with.
    • Clear, full photos of the back, front and both sides of the tractor to be registered.
    • Photo of the Serial Number plate (as clear as possible). Separate photo of serial no plate location on tractor (if poss)
    • Photos of the number stamped onto the chassis and engine number.
    • Any other info photos you may have that links the tractor to the registration number.
    The photographs can be enclosed with the completed form(s) or sent to me via my email below.
  5. You will also need:
    • Proof of ID (either a photocopy of your photocard driving licence on plain white paper OR a photocopy of your Passport/Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate/Decree Nisi or Decree Absolute (these are required for proof of name)
    • Photocopy of either a Utility Bill/Council Tax Bill/Bank Statement or Medical Card (for proof of your address) No older than 3 months.
