The International Harvester Heritage Association are pleased to be DVLA registered on the  ‘V765/1 Vehicle Owner’s Register with Jacqueline Carpenter as the signatory for the IH marque.

Choose Which Registration form applies to you

You have to register a tractor as soon as you have:

• bought it
• re-built or altered it
• imported it

You do this by filling in forms and sending them to the DVLA. Sometimes, assistance is required to complete the forms and also more importantly to verify/authenticate the model. This verification/authentication can only be carried out by a Vehicle Owner’s Club signatory. The signatory will use the photo’s, documents, information on the completed forms against their own knowledge and manufacturers information to verify the tractor and to also ensure the tractor exists. This may on occasions require a visit to inspect the tractor on site.

The DVLA makes a charge for this service. The IHHA also makes a small charge to both subscribers/non-subscribers which covers time spent , dating research, photocopying and postage where applicable etc.

You will need to decide which:

• Age-Related-no registration one related to age of the tractor given by DVLA
• Retaining the Registration on the Tractor-tractor has a registration
• Requesting a new logbook (V5C)
• Tractor has no registration/ no VIN plate (serial number) -consult with Signatory by email or phone
