You have a registration number which is not ‘live’ on the DVLA database, do not have any documentation or have the old brown logbook and require a new logbook in your name.

The IHHA will:

1. Verify the model of your tractor
2. Issue a dating certificate
3. If required check where the tractor was originally registered by contacting the relevant County Archives ( to prove a direct link between the registration and the serial number)
4. Complete the relevant authentication form (V765) if a direct link can be proven between the Serial number and the Registration, or the relevant old brown logbook has been provided.

The DVLA will if satisfied:

Issue a new V5C (logbook).
