• Old type logbook or other proof of links to registration/tractor eg County Council Certificate
  Pictures of tractor as stated
  Cheque for £55 for DVLA/*£15 (member)or *£20 (non-member) for IHHA
  Proof of identification (as stated)
• Completed V55/5 to me with proof of ID (as above)
• Large stamped envelope for the DVLA (I will address it). Large letter stamp please. Ensure photos have been enclosed and any other relevant information. I will photocopy the log book and return to you.

After confirming the information provided is correct which will usually require a visit to look at your tractor.

I will send:

•  Letter of Support/Dating Certificate on International Harvester Heritage Association headed paper endorsing the information is correct and will forward the information to the DVLA in the SAE envelope provided by you.

You will also receive a copy of the Dating Certificate for your file (if you request it).

*£15 Administration Charge to IHHA members
*£20 Administrative Charge to Non IHHA members.
This charge covers postage, printing, photocopying etc. of documents for DVLA/Registration purposes and time. Please enclose a cheque for the required amount payable to ‘IHHA’.
